ca99 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the ca99 platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ca99 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account discovered will be immediately closed and all associated balances and winnings will be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ca99 shall not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request or at any point deemed necessary by ca99, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable identification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. ca99 may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in any ca99 request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. ca99 strongly recommends that you:

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ca99 account balance instantly or within 5 minutes. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 1 business day to be reflected. ca99 charges no fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ca99 is not responsible.

Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds you are depositing are legally obtained and belong to you. You further warrant that your deposit does not in any way constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. ca99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time and to freeze or return funds pending satisfactory explanation.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your ca99 account. ca99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification prior to processing.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1 to 3 business days of approval.

ca99 targets same-day processing for all approved withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST (UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time may be processed on the following business day. ca99 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

Withdrawal Conditions

ca99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is an active or pending investigation into account activity; (c) the withdrawal would leave the account balance below the minimum required to cover any active bonus wagering requirement; or (d) ca99 has a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abusive activity on the account.

ca99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds remain non-withdrawable.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted by account tier, geographic location, or payment method used.

Bet Acceptance

ca99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to wagers placed using potentially erroneous odds, wagers that exceed maximum stake limits, or wagers placed by accounts under review. All bets are accepted subject to sufficient account balance at the time of placement.

Obvious Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds (including but not limited to pricing errors or system errors resulting in odds significantly outside market norms), ca99 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance. ca99 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly.

Match Abandonment & Postponement

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete within the ca99-stipulated settlement timeframe (typically 72 hours for cricket matches), all affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise. Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per event and per Player per day apply and are specified in the Platform's cashier and betting rules documentation. ca99 reserves the right to restrict maximum payout amounts on a market-by-market basis.

Malfunction Policy

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to defraud ca99 or other Players;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematically exploiting promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or multi-accounting;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ca99 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, where doing so is in violation of local law.

All content on the ca99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ca99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the ca99 platform without the prior written consent of ca99.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the ca99 platform under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ca99 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from betting or gaming activity;

• Losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials;
• Losses arising from the suspension, closure, or modification of the Platform or any part of it.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ca99's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by ca99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ca99's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ca99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or a lawful request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon closure of an account by either party, any real money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ca99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

ca99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ca99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an on-platform notification. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not materially affect Players' rights or obligations) may be made without notice.
